THE EMPTY CHAIR: I’m praying for all who are missing tonight as victims of terrorism– which includes abortion

There are millions of empty chairs tonight across the world. Millions of people are missing because they never came back home, as victims of terrorism. Terrorism includes millions of abortions worldwide, as babies are torn into pieces during the massacre of abortion procedures. Then, their little body parts are sold to the highest bidder.
Indeed, there are many empty chairs tonight– all over the world.

2017: Islamic Extremist Attacks during Ramadan (to date)

Ramadan began on Friday, May 26
Following the Islamic extremist terrorist attack in Manchester, England on May 22– more terrorist attacks have been carried out since the start of Ramadan on May 26, in the following locations around the globe:
London (UK), Paris (France), Tehran (Iran), Kabul (Afghanistan), Baghdad (Iraq), Mogadishu (Somalia), and Melbourne (Australia).
There have also been attacks in northeastern Nigeria, Kenya, Cameroon and the Philippines– the latter is being handled by President Duterte, with his world-famous efficiency.
The deadliest attack took place as a result of an explosion in a Kabul neighborhood, where most of the Western embassies are located. This attack, while not receiving the same mainstream media attention as those in Europe, took the lives of 150 people, and hundreds suffered serious injuries.
While the blood of innocent human beings–including children– keeps flowing, President Trump continues to battle the communist activist judges in the United States, who are blocking his efforts to keep us safe from Islamic extremists.

DONALD TRUMP IS GUEST OF HONOR IN MEXICO: Taking the diplomatic toro by the horns
Operating from a position of strength, Donald Trump does not need to “ask” President Peña Nieto to pay for the wall. Peña Nieto knows that he has no other choice.

Donald Trump announced late yesterday that President Enriquez Peña Nieto of Mexico had invited him to a private meeting at the presidential palace in Mexico City. Trump graciously accepted and flew to one of the most dangerous countries in the world and to the world’s fourth most crowded city– and one with a notable rise in corruption as well as gang / drug related crimes, which have worsened under the unpopular presidency of Peña Nieto. This is a tragic reality for Mexico City, given its important cultural and historic presence.
Senator Jeff Sessions and former New York City Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, accompanied Trump during the meeting.
In this brief commentary, I will concentrate on what Trump said in his speech at the Mexican presidential palace, since President Peña Nieto’s speech was, as expected, a delivery of presidential platitudes and pleasantries for the guest of honor, Donald Trump– and for the United States.
Trump was serene, firm and confident as he laid out five shared goals to improve and strengthen the relations between the United States and Mexico:
- Ending illegal immigration, as the humanitarian disaster that it is.
- Securing the border as our sovereign right– and the right to build a wall. Safety for all.
- Dismantling drug cartels, including intelligence sharing.
- Improving and updating NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) to include a pay raise needed for workers in both countries.
- Keeping manufacturing wealth in our hemisphere.
Trump stated that a lot of the things he said during the meeting with Peña Nieto were “very strong”– but that “we have to be strong and say what is happening.”
Today’s invitation and visit to Mexico has legitimized Donald Trump as the only sensible candidate for president of the United States, not just for Mexican-Americans, or Mexicans who are U.S. citizens and are able to vote, but for the millions of people inside Mexico who benefit from a secondary powerful economy: U.S. dollars sent to Mexico as remittances every month by Mexican workers in the United States– a flow of money which is ending up more and more in the hands of corrupt government officials and drug cartels.
Drug cartels interfere with daily government tasks by intimidating and murdering government employees, in order to keep them from their cartel-controlled territory, even interrupting some of the most basic services needed in communities throughout Mexico.
But the aforementioned secondary economy, which has so greatly benefited Mexico, is an enormous drain on the U.S. economy; yet, it is enthusiastically encouraged by the Mexican government by offering incentives to use the money for improvement of towns, schools and other sectors of the Mexican economy.
Here’s an excerpt from a Wall Street Journal article published on February 14, 2016, titled “Remittances to Mexico Reach Seven-Year High.”
“The U.S. is the leading source of remittances to Mexico, accounting for $23.7 billion last year, followed by Canada with $254 million. Within the U.S., the majority comes from California, followed by Texas, Illinois and New York.”
Much of the above quoted amount is from illegal employment in the U.S.
Mexico needs Trump
President Peña Nieto, as I said above, is suffering through a very unpopular presidency in a country that is being torn apart by corruption and drug cartels that he cannot seem to bring under control. As such, Peña Nieto knows full well that Hillary Clinton would be his worst nightmare, as more chaotic illegal migratory movements would be encouraged under her socialist administration. This would worsen the already corrupt environment inside Mexico, and would give even more power to human traffickers and criminal drug cartels.
Trump’s visit to Mexico was a brilliant move.
Mexico needs Trump.

BIOLOGICALLY SPEAKING: Nativism and Gender Rights
Why are biological preferences legally protected for some and not for others?

All human beings are the result of a man’s sperm and a woman’s egg. This is a biological fact.
Native Americans (for the benefit of my foreign readers, this is the term adopted by the U.S. government to refer to American Indians) have a strong television campaign to assert their biological rights— by denouncing the placement of Native American children in foster and adoptive homes of non-Native individuals— even when the child is biologically a mix of other races and cultures.
The Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 states [yellow highlight added for emphasis]:
ICWA covers any child who is either a member of a federally recognized tribe/Alaska Native village or is eligible for membership in a federally recognized tribe/Alaska Native village and is the biological child of a member of a federally recognized tribe/Alaska Native village.
Based on the protection afforded by the U.S. government to Native Americans– why aren’t other Americans afforded the same protection of biological rights when they oppose the placement of a child in foster or adoptive homes of homosexual individuals?
This is not a statement against Native-Americans. This is a statement about biological rights for all– not just for some.
As such, Americans need to remain alert, because Barack Obama continues to impose gender-based chokeholds, which violate the most basic biological rights of the overwhelming majority of citizens– while granting biological rights to those the government chooses to protect.
This preferential treatment, which rewards some and punishes the majority— is what Communism looks like. Under this kind of system, those who are benefitting today are operating on borrowed time– because the inevitable consequences are restrictions and oppression for all– except for those in positions of power and control.
At the end, only the government elite will have His and Hers restrooms.

MARCH 30, 2016: Donald Trump on Abortion

I have publicly documented my concern over Donald Trump’s weakness on the issues of abortion and Cuba. This does not mean there aren’t other areas of concern. No candidate is perfect. However, my concern over Trump’s position on abortion and Cuba does not mean that I’m supporting any other candidate. Not at all. In my opinion, Ted Cruz and John Kasich are unacceptable. So were Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio. Bush and Rubio did themselves and America a favor by dropping out of the race.
I have also stated that if Mr. Trump surrounds himself with virtuous people, he will continue to move towards the side of the angels on the issue of abortion.
Which “side of the angels is that,” you ask?
The only side that is authentically pro-life: no exceptions.
In other words, picking and choosing who gets to live and who gets to die, as in “rape, incest and the life of the mother” is NOT a pro-life position, it is a political position– nor is it morally or medically justifiable. Noteworthy to the reader is the fact that the “life of the mother” exception has been medically debunked– particularly with today’s medical advancements. Now, I understand very well that Mr. Trump has “evolved” into the “pro-life-with-exceptions stage.” That is the stage that most candidates or politicians land on when they announce that they are pro-life– because that is where the Republican establishment and the political operatives who have hijacked the pro-life movement want to keep everybody– for the purpose of political expediency.
It is at this very stage where selfless, not-for-profit authentically pro-life experts are urgently needed, in order to assist Mr. Trump in the development of public policies that protect, without prejudice, the life of innocent, helpless unborn children.
With the above scenario in mind, we need to pay attention to the statements made by Mr. Trump today. During an interview with Chris Matthews of MSNBC Mr. Trump stated that, should a ban on abortion be enacted, some form of punishment should apply to the mother. Mr. Trump’s answer was consistent with laws that punish mothers who kill or participate in the killing of their children– and abortion involves the killing and dismemberment of an innocent and helpless child.
The following is an audio clip containing Mr. Trump’s statement to Chris Matthews. Notice how Matthews is challenged by Trump regarding the Catholic Church’s position on abortion– given that Matthews claims to be a Catholic:
When women kill or participate in the killing of their children, they are generally subject to three types of adjudications, depending on the circumstances:
1) Assignment to a high or low security mental health facility
2) Prison
3) Death sentence

A few hours after MSNBC released the interview segment, in advance of tonight’s airing, the Trump campaign issued the following press release [bold added for emphasis]:

DONALD J. TRUMP STATEMENT REGARDING ABORTION
If Congress were to pass legislation making abortion illegal and the federal courts upheld this legislation, or any state were permitted to ban abortion under state and federal law, the doctor or any other person performing this illegal act upon a woman would be held legally responsible, not the woman. The woman is a victim in this case as is the life in her womb. My position has not changed – like Ronald Reagan, I am pro-life with exceptions.
While Mr. Trump correctly answered Chris Matthews’s original question, consistent with legal precedent– it appears that the farcical pro-life political movement of “exceptions” to abortion moved in quickly to denounce the punishment of the mother.
These are the moments that have the potential of changing the course of history, on the side of justice. After all, the defense of human life, an urgent question of life or death, cannot be nuanced. I believe that Mr. Trump may have missed this critical opportunity when he walked back his statement, under political pressure.

A kindergarten child could have figured out that Obama was going to get kicked around by Fidel Castro after leaving Communist Cuba. Yet, the starry-eyed socialists that make up the bulk of the federal government (and their fellow traveling commissars) thought that Obama’s visit was some new beginning for Cuba.
Wrong! It’s a new economic beginning for immoral opportunists who want to line their pockets by doing business with the Devil, like these guys:

With Communists in control of Cuba, the only possibility of a new beginning is to get the hell out of that island prison.
That is exactly what thousands of Cubans are doing– by fleeing through any means possible. Why? Because Obama’s new farcical one-way diplomacy with Cuba could mean the end of REAL freedom for them. You see, real freedom is not found in the Sustainable Development policies (socialism) that Obama espouses, which only serve to support their oppressors.
Obama has done everything to appease the millionaire Castro brothers in their 57-year long Communist dictatorship. Obama has wrongfully removed Cuba from the U.S. State Department list of “States Sponsors of Terrorism.” He has facilitated travel and economic exchange– and has even honored these thugs by paying them a visit. In return, the Communist Cuban beat goes on– with no change and no freedom in sight.
Donald J. Trump is right. You pick up a snake from the side of the road, take it home, care for it– and it will always bite you back. Because it’s a snake, you socialist fools!
There’s no such thing as a “deal” with Cuba.

THE PLIGHT OF CHRISTIANS: Pakistan

You may have missed my March 4 commentary on my companion blog, Marielena Speaks… (as part of a week-in-review-post) regarding the plight of Christians in Pakistan– and what they suffer when they leave as refugees. I invite you to read it below, in light of the savage terrorist attacks that took place yesterday (Easter Sunday) during a gathering of Christians in Lahore.
The Plight of Christian Refugees from Pakistan
There is no doubt that the persecution of Christians has intensified all over the world.
Pakistanis who convert to Christianity suffer terrible persecution inside their country. Their only chance of survival is to flee. Many of these Pakistani Christians seek refuge in Thailand where they wait as UN-registered asylum seekers to be processed by the UNHCR (the UN High Commissioner for Refugees)– but the UN can take years to process their documents. In the meantime they suffer inhumane treatment inside Thailand.
Except from an article published on 4 August, 2015 on Fox News titled “Pakistani Christian refugees face ordeal in Thailand” — regarding the suffering of Pakistani Christians inside Thailand’s camps:
“…horrendous conditions including cramped cells, inadequate nutrition and children being incarcerated with adults. In the central jail, the men are bound in shackles and forced to stand in the hot sun. In the IDC, up to 200 people can be packed in a room meant for 100 leaving very little space to properly sleep. Many have since been released for up to a year until they get a proper visa, otherwise they face being put back in the IDC or being deported back to Pakistan.”
It appears that the United Nations does not place sufficient importance on the processing of Christian refugees– compared to the quick actions they have taken in Europe on behalf of Muslim refugees fleeing war-torn areas in the Middle East.
[UPDATE: One of the Muslim terrorists from last week’s attacks in Brussels entered Europe as a “refugee”].
Again, the United Nations– which is supposed to practice “social justice”– seems to apply their justice on a selective basis.

The Political Correctness of Vincent Mertens de Wilmars– Ambassador of Belgium to France

The Belgian Ambassador to France, Vincent Mertens de Wilmars, just spoke to France 24. France 24 has an English-language channel; however, this particular interview was conducted through their French channel. Behind the ambassador one could see the flag of the EU and the Belgian flag. The latter was wrapped in a black ribbon to signify a country in mourning, after the savage terrorist attacks in Brussels this week.
I was taken aback by Ambassador de Wilmars political correctness, in spite of the overwhelming indignation by Belgians and Europeans in general, regarding the Islamic extremism that has pushed cities like Brussels into a state of panic.
The last straw came when de Wilmars offered the solution to stop the radicalization at Moslem schools / centers: to treat them the same as one would treat Catholic schools and others– in order to prevent extremism!
Excuse me? Catholic schools are not centers of extremism. When have you seen a young Catholic man or woman be radicalized into blowing people up, based on Catholic teachings? Never!
One can only imagine that de Wilmar’s statement is due to the fact that apparently it is not uncommon for Moslem students to attend Catholic schools in Belgium.
Let’s examine this situation.
The following are excerpts from a Reuters News article titled, “Suicide bomber Laachraoui was model student at Brussels Catholic school” (
“Brussels suicide bomber Najim Laachraoui, a veteran Islamist fighter in Syria also suspected of making explosive belts for November’s Paris attacks, was a model student in a Brussels Catholic high school, the school’s director told Reuters.”
“‘Najim Laachraoui was a very good student,” said Veronica Pellegrini, the director of the Institut de la Sainte Famille d’Helmet, a Catholic school in the ethnically mixed east Brussels borough of Schaerbeek.”
“‘He never failed a class,” Pellegrini said of Laachraoui, who studied at the school for six years, until graduating in 2009. “We haven’t heard from him since,” she told Reuters in a phone interview.”
“There is speculation Laachraoui had just returned from Syria, possibly by sea with refugees.”
“Catholic religion classes are part of the school’s curricula for all students independent of their religion, and Laachraoui would have attended those classes as any other student, Pellegrini said.”
“While the school offers technical studies in fields such as chemistry, and Belgian media say Laachraoui had studied electromechanics, Pellegrini said he did not take such courses in her school, where he only pursued general studies.”
“It is not uncommon for Muslim pupils in Belgium to go to Catholic schools, which can be seen as more conservative or more exclusive than state schools.”
“The Paris attacks’ suspected mastermind, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, a Belgian killed during a raid in Paris suburb St Denis on Nov. 18, had at 12 won a scholarship to an elite Catholic school.”
It’s time for Catholic schools to stop being politically correct and begin to enforce authentic Catholic curriculum. Catholic schools must not enroll students whose families have no interest in becoming Christians. In my opinion, we need to ask if Catholic schools are simply interested in making a profit from Islamic students. How else can one explain such an Islamic radical to emerge from a “Catholic” school?
Is Pellegrini (the school director) contradicting herself when she says that Laachraoui only pursued “general studies?” Is her school requiring that each and every student pass religion courses on Christianity? What’s the point of a “Catholic” school if it does not require all students to enroll in courses that teach Christianity? But considering the chaotic state of the Catholic Church hierarchy in Rome– why should anyone be surprised about the ambiguity of modernist Catholic education!
And so… this nauseating and bizarre political correctness continues as a disease that Socialists are spreading across Europe– like a deadly virus. The symptoms are evident in the streets of Paris, Brussels, Cologne, Stockholm and others. Innocent Europeans, Americans, as well as individuals from many different countries, are being blown apart or left maimed by savage Islamic extremists– while educators, diplomats and politicians continue their dangerous charade of political correctness. Enough is enough. Americans, take note!
