“No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal….“ARTICLE I, SECTION 10, CLAUSE 1
… and let’s face it, Pittsburgh is not even a State, it’s a city! Let’s see if we can help Mr. Peduto.

President Trump delivered a historic speech yesterday announcing that he will pull the United States out of the “climate change” international Communist tax scam– known as the Paris Accord. This has upset a lot of folks all over the world, including Russia and China.
But no one was more upset than the very “progressive” Mayor of Pittsburgh, Bill Peduto, who embarked on a rant with delusions of grandeur.
Here’s how it unfolded…
During his speech, President Trump eloquently stated, ” I was elected to represent the citizens of Pittsburgh, not Paris.” This upset Mayor Peduto so much that he posted a hilarious message on Twitter– apparently implying that his city is a nation. Peduto’s Tweet is featured above.
Bill Peduto: “…Pittsburgh stands with the world & will follow Paris Agreement.”
It looks like Peduto has not read Article I, Section 10, of the U.S. Constitution. You would think that reading and understanding the U.S. Constitution is the first step a person should take before aspiring to the position of Mayor of a major U.S. city! But, according to his Twitter statement, one can only assume that it is not what the U.S. Constitution says that matters– it’s Mr. Peduto’s grandiose plan that matters.
I wonder if he has a copy of the U.S. Constitution somewhere in his office? What do you think? Oh, but wait. It’s also available online– but I guess Peduto is much too busy with his own plans to bother with such minor details– such as our founding documents!
God have mercy on the people of Pittsburgh– and every city across America that has a “progressive” Mayor like Peduto.
Someone has to say the truth…
