American fencer, Alexander Massialas, lost to Italian fencer Daniele Garozzo– whose speed, technique and precision proved to be a challenge that our great American fencer could not overcome.
Massialas will surely be back in the 2020 Olympics.
Congratulations to Massialas for a great performance.
Congratulations Italy, for winning the Gold Medal in men’s individual foil.
